NULAYER › Torso › Shapewear for a long torso
Put the bodysuit on at the default strap setting and hook the crotch closure. Look at the waist panel. If it sits above your natural waist, up toward the ribs, and the closure feels tight before you have moved, the garment is short between your shoulders and your crotch. That is a long torso, and it has nothing to do with your bust or waist measurement: two women in the same row of the chart can need very different strap settings.
Height is not the test either. A tall woman can carry her length in her legs, and a shorter woman can be long through the body. The waist panel at the default setting is the only measure that matters, and it takes ten seconds in a mirror.
The straps are fully adjustable for exactly this. Lengthen them until the crotch closure sits comfortably and the waist panel drops to your natural waist. Set them standing, then sit down once and check that the closure does not pull and the panel has not climbed. A long torso usually ends up at or near the longest setting, and that is fine; the setting exists to be used.
If the straps are at their longest and the closure still pulls, or the panel still sits high, the bodysuit is a band too small. Go up, even if bust and waist put you in the smaller band. Medium-firm at the right length smooths more than a band that is fighting your torso, and a band too small is the second cause of a bodysuit that moves. If the Fit Finder picked the size and it is wrong, we replace it free.
High-waisted shorts, briefs and waist bands hold themselves up with the elastic at their top edge and nothing else. On a long torso that edge sits in the middle of a long stretch of body, with nothing above it to anchor to; when you sit and the body folds, the elastic has to travel, and it takes the shortcut down. The longer the torso, the further it can go.
A bodysuit hangs its waist panel from the shoulders. On a long torso the straps are simply set longer, and the panel stays where they put it, because it cannot fold over on itself while it is suspended from above. The bonded edges help too: no ridge, no elastic band to grip and then release. Set the straps once and the length is solved for the evening.
Which size: Bust and waist from the chart, then set the straps before judging the size. If the longest strap setting still pulls at the closure, go up one band; a long torso often needs the larger band even when bust and waist fit the smaller.
| Band | US | Bust (in) | Waist (in) |

| XXS–XS | 0–2 | 30–33.5 | 23–26 |
| S–M | 4–10 | 34–38.5 | 26.5–31 |
| L–XL | 12–14 | 39–41 | 31.5–34.5 |
| 2XL–3XL | 16–20 | 41.5–48 | 35–41.5 |
True to size for most wearers.
Between sizes: the smaller band for maximum smoothing, the larger for all-evening comfort.
They are fully adjustable. The right setting depends on your torso, not a number: lengthen until the crotch closure sits comfortably. If the longest setting still pulls, the size is too small, not the straps, and the fix is one band up.
Not on height alone. Start with bust and waist from the chart and lengthen the straps. Go up a band only if the longest setting still pulls at the closure or the waist panel sits above your natural waist.
Either. Both cuts have the same fully adjustable straps and hook-and-eye crotch closure. The thong has no leg edge; the mid-thigh covers the upper thigh. Choose by the outfit, then set the straps.
